waist: 29.5" (down 1.5" total, .5" since last week)
hips: 37.5" (no change)
weight: 117lbs (up 1 lb from last week)
All told, not too bad. I could definitely tell that I'd missed a week on the cardio, and I don't think I'm quite back at 100% anyway. Tomorrow will be better.
